Some people claim that soy foods are super healthy, but this may not apply to men. Because soy can reduce and interfere with male fertility.

Recently acquired the world's oldest father record the Ramjit Raghav who has a healthy baby boy when he reaches 94 years. This triggers the male to try in order to remain fertile for the rest of his life.

As quoted from Menshealth.com, Friday (14/01/2011) should men avoid the consumption of soy if you want to remain fertile.According to a Harvard study in 2008 showing the relationship between soy intake with a decreased sperm count.

In the study known if someone is eating half a serving of soy per day will have a sperm count of 32 percent less per milliliter of ejaculate than men who did not eat soy. Besides soybeans also could lead to early cases of erectile dysfunction.

Another study conducted by Jorge Chavarro, MD, Sc.D and has been published in Human Reproduction in 2008 revealed that a high intake of soy foods including soy milk can reduce sperm concentration. As well as soy consumption will cause an excess amount of estrogen hormone that makes men more feminine.

There are also other things you can do to keep the fertility of a lifetime as attention to diet and exercise, because these two things to reduce fat intake and the amount of excess fat in the body.

A urologist Larry Lipshultz, MD said fatty tissue in the body can interfere with testosterone production, thus slowing down the production of sperm.

While other ways you can do is avoid soaking in hot or warm bath that can damage the sperm. This is because sperm is produced in the testes is known to have cooler temperatures than other body parts.

Hence the intensity of heat directly received by the testes can cause fertility problems. Known to soak for 1-5 hours per week in warm or hot tub may lower sperm count.
